What we do

The finishing work between
packed and ready.

Bring us the requirement, the deadline and the standard you need to meet. We will help shape a practical production route around your stock.

02

Built around the problem

When stock is not ready to ship,
every day matters.

A missing label, changed barcode, new market requirement or unfinished presentation should not hold an entire batch hostage. Stockholm gives you an external production route to get the work defined, completed and moving again.

01New label application

Apply the intended label to supplied packs or components.

02Corrective overlabelling

Cover or update inaccurate, outdated or market-specific information.

03Pack make-up & kitting

Bring components together into a clear finished configuration.

04Inspection & rework

Define a problem, agree the standard and work through affected stock.

How it works

A controlled route
from brief to dispatch.

You should always know what happens next. We keep the early conversation practical, make the production standard clear and confirm the route before volume work begins.

  1. 01

    Share the requirement

Tell us the pack format, quantity, label or rework need, finish, timing and where the goods are now.

  2. 02

    Confirm the route

We review the materials, handling method, production stages, checks and logistics needed for the project.

  3. 03

    Agree the reference

Where appropriate, an agreed sample or clear visual reference gives production a defined standard to work to.

  4. 04

    Produce, check, release

The run is completed to the agreed brief, checked through production and prepared for collection or onward delivery.

not a final slogan.

Quality approach

Define it.
Reference it.
Check it.

A good finish starts with an unambiguous brief. Stockholm focuses on the details that customers actually see—and on the checks that keep a run aligned with the agreed result.

  • 01
    Pack and material review

Container, surface, label stock, adhesive, shape and handling all affect the production route.

  • 02
    Placement reference

Position, orientation, skew, seam and visible finish are agreed in a useful form.

  • 03
    In-run checks

Checks are applied during the work so deviations can be identified before the run is complete.

  • 04
    Release to brief

Finished goods are prepared around the agreed packing and onward-handling requirement.

Pack formats & sectors

Different packs.
One clear brief.

Suitability is confirmed against the actual pack, label, contents and production requirement. Start with photos and dimensions; representative materials can follow.

Rework & recovery

Protect the value
already in your stock.

If a packaging issue can be corrected safely and cleanly, rework may be faster and less wasteful than starting again. We help turn the problem into a defined set of production steps.

  • Changed barcodes or market information
  • Missing promotional or compliance labels
  • Presentation faults requiring inspection
  • Stock requiring repacking or reconfiguration

Useful answers

Before you
send the brief.

Not sure whether the job is suitable? A few clear details are enough to start the conversation.

01What information do you need to quote?+

Send the pack type and dimensions, label size and material, quantity, application position, current condition of the goods, required finish and timing. Photos, artwork and representative samples help us assess the work accurately.

02Can you help with urgent relabelling or stock corrections?+

Yes—start by telling us what has changed, how much stock is affected and the date it needs to be ready. We will confirm whether the format, materials and timing are workable before proposing a route.

03Do you handle both small and repeat runs?+

Stockholm supports project-led work. Suitability depends on pack format, method, materials, quantity and timing, so we assess each run on its own requirements rather than forcing it into a standard package.

04Can labels and packing be combined?+

Yes. A project can be planned around label application, pack make-up, inspection, case packing and dispatch preparation where those stages are appropriate to the brief.

05How do you agree the finished standard?+

We clarify the brief, materials, label position and presentation requirement first. Where useful, a representative trial or approved reference is agreed before the main run, followed by checks during production.

06What should I avoid sending through the form?+

Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Use the first enquiry to outline the job; we can then confirm a suitable route for artwork, specifications and samples.
